Friuli Venezia Giulia Region, training activities to small communities

The Friuli Venezia Giulia Region – within the activities addressed to small sustainable  communities – is about to start a training programme on December 18th  on sustainable energy. The course  will be organized in 9 lessons for an overall amount of 60 hours in nearly  three months and will take place in Udine.

The course is addressed to the 13 small communities beneficiaries of the Alterenergy project.
Taught courses will include the following subjects:  European and national legislative, economic and technological RES framework, energy  audits, financial  appraisal of energy investments and NPV ( Net Present Value) , bioenergy  supply chains, financial  tools to support RES and energy efficiency, management of RES installations, management of white certificates  (Italian energy efficiency credits), ESCOs  experiences  and  energy contracts, public tenders  on energy services and Green Procurement procedures.
During the courses public administrators will have the opportunity to carry out   some project work like financial  appraisal of investments and feasibility studies  on their chosen topics.
